What is your return policy?

Returns are not accepted. All products are final sale. Items are non-returnable due to potential safety risks associated with ingestible product types. If you have any issues you may reach out to us at info@lansupps.com to be considered for a refund or replacement.

What is your shipping policy?

We use UPS and calculate shipping costs based on your location and current UPS rates. If the customer is paying the shipping, they can select from standard UPS options. For free shipping promotions, we use UPS ground. Estimated delivery is based on our best projected ship date and UPS delivery estimate. We strive to ship all orders within 2 business days of order receipt.

How do your subscriptions work?

Subscriptions are fulfilled monthly. The subscription discount will be shown in your cart at checkout. You can unsubscribe at any time without additional charges.
